Your Vitamin D level is 35, which is slightly low but not dangerous, while your Vitamin B12 is deficient and needs treatment. The symptoms you are experiencing such as dizziness, fear of falling or dying, shaking legs, panic in crowds or during plane take off, and a heavy head, are most consistent with an anxiety or panic disorder, and the B12 deficiency is likely making these symptoms worse. You should start proper B12 treatment (preferably injections or high-dose supplements as advised by a doctor), continue Vitamin D3 supplementation, and consult a GP or psychiatrist for anxiety treatment, as medication and therapy are very effective. This condition is treatable, and you are not dying or losing control. You can always book an online session as well . Help is available
