She is suffering from ocd and taking medication as well(faverin and flux) but it has little impact on her condition Sometimes the condition get worst Should we continue to take medication kindly guide us what to do

yes she needs higher does of her medications as per advise of her Psychiatrist and she needs Psychological therapy in the form of ERP Therapy and CBT.
