Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, lahore
Hello! I have been suffering from ocd for almost 8 to 10 years, but came to know about it last year,since i went to a professional psychologist and had sessions with him,Now i'm trying to get a professional male therapist as it is my need for now,i've little info about CBT,ERP and ACT therapies and i don't know which one will fit me as well, but I feel like i need ERP therapy.please help me out in it as I'm desperately in need of help.I need a qualified professional therapist for this.Thank you, I really hope someone answer's me in this regard.

Welcome, OCD need ERP but integrative approach can be applied due to verity of symptoms and behaviour and CBT is the integral part of every therapy so it is psychotherapist who after assessment would start, you can search Shoaib Ahmed a.
