Your symptoms are consistent with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)with intrusive religious thoughts. These thoughts are involuntary and not a reflection of your beliefs; in fact, the more you try to suppress or fight them, the more intense they become, which is a typical OCD pattern. What helps is to avoid engaging with the thoughts;simply label them as OCD thoughts and allow them to pass without reacting. practice slow breathing to reduce physical anxiety and maintaining a basic daily routine. Given that your sleep, appetite, and daily functioning are affected, you would benefit from formal treatment, including ERP based therapy and, if needed, medication such as SSRIs. This condition is treatable, and with the right approach, symptoms improve significantly, so I would strongly advise consulting a psychiatrist at the earliest. Help is out there . You are never alone
