Assalam o Alaikum, iam sorry for your suffering, but before prescribing any medicine we need complete evaluation and detailed history. Kindly contact with online psychiatrist for your help. Thank you

it is difficult to suggest anything at present re medicine. we need to check if is primarily a sleep problem or related to your anxiety ( most likely OCD).
generally any relaxant is not recommended simply because it cam lead to addiction and tolerance. I suggest doing some meditation or yoga. if you want a proper advice then please book your apt with online psychiatrist

Yes first it need to be diagnosed and then medication can be prescribed. Taking just relaxants will only give timely relief and it has many side effects as well

I congratulate you to be able to write about your problem at hand and share with us. Please remember thinking and having loads of anxiety is much more common . Most people who suffer from this are having everyday stressors pressing them down. Im sure you have a list to share . Till you get in touch with an online psychiatrist . You can gather your thoughts together on a piece of paper or a diary. This will take some load off your head. Also give you a sense of control over your current ongoing issues. There are many self help groups where people share their common stressors and make use of advice. You can start from trying some of them. You can start keeping a sleep journal. You can download a sample online. Just fill it up. You might be missing on some regular exercise. In case , you have tried all these and they are not helping out. Then do get in touch for more advanced solution. May be a medication is needed in that case. I hope this guideline will be somewhat helpful . Regards Dr Hotiana
