hey Dr. I'm facing anxiety issue I always overthink about thing so by overthinking alot I get anxiety attacks. but now adays I'm feeling heaviness in my head and numbness in my legs and shoulder and I get irritated by lights and noise . I'm worried about these symptoms they are bothering me too much please help
