my name is Yasir (male) and i am 43 year old i am depression patient last 15 year and use xanax tab 0.5 mg last 10 year . my problem is i have some pain in my both Brest after some time pain is sever but most of the time is normal. i had ECG several time but ECG is normal . plz guide me what can do ? thanks.
You have mentioned that you are taking Xanax for many years. It's not healthy. You might become dependent on that. If you are only taking xanax for depression or anxiety : it's not a proper treatment for this. If you are feeling pain in chest and medical you have done all the tests to rule out cause of chest pain then it might be due to anxiety. Please see a psychiatrist near you for proper assessment and management
If reports are clear than it might leading to some anxiety disorder u need
to visit psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment xanax or
medixations only are not sufficient psychotherapy in mandatory.

it may be due to anxiety stroke.
U r suffering from depression from so long duration nd u never visit to
psychologist ..
U must visit to psycholovist for a detail psychotherapy sessions through
which ull learn some coping skills to manage ur depression , plz dont only
