Dear sir I feel sudden pinching pain in my chest and some time it feel like butterfly in my chest due which i am in fear and getting panic attacks and anxiety disorders. But these all does not associated with heart i have checked up from many heart specialist every one said ur ok from heart. These all related to my intestine and stomach whenever i feel pain in my tummy or feeling of gas trap it cause palpitations. I think due to my brain gut connection my chemical balance disturb and i get palpitations and anxiety. Kindly provide me the guidance i can book an appointment with of you think it will be ok

usually anxiety present with physical symptoms so patients usually rush to the cardiologist and gastroenterologist for assessment. I think if your cardiologist has given you a green signal then you should show the psychiatrist physically in clinic or online for assessment and treatment
