Having a panic attack is a very traumatic experience. I am so sorry to hear that you have suffered from 3 panic attacks. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for you. The medical treatment that you are recieving is optimal. We can make afew adjustments if we do not see desired response. The most important step to take is to get in touch with a good clinical psychologist and start taking psychotherapy especially designed for panic attacks. Remain committed in your therapy till required. Your commitment will show you wonderful results. Tablet Inderal is a very good temperary help but it is not a long term solution. In case you go through another panic attack, just assure yourself that this will pass in 10 minutes. Take slow deep breaths, hold both your arms like hugging yourself. Panic attak fades away by itself in 10 minutes. However, you need to take proper treatment for it and I will be happy to offer you my assistance and take you on your journey to health and healing. All you have to do is to contact marham and book you appointment. You deserve to feel better. Wishing you good health.
You need psychotherapy beside psychiatric medicines. As psychotherapy will teach you some skills how to reduce your panic attack without medication. Psychiatric medicines are only for temporary control.
Medicine + psychotherapy will be more suitable approach for this scenario.
you need to consult a clinical psychologist for assessment and therapy. you can also book an appointment with me.
