Thank you for sharing your concerns. Based on your description, it appears that you may be experiencing an anxiety disorder with recurrent panic attacks, possibly triggered by work-related stress following the difficult experience of losing your job during the COVID-19 pandemic. Panic attacks can cause intense fear, a racing heart, nausea, loss of appetite, disturbed sleep, restlessness, and a feeling that you are about to die, even though these symptoms are not usually due to a life-threatening condition. As your symptoms are significantly affecting your ability to work and your daily functioning, I strongly recommend a comprehensive assessment by a psychiatrist. Effective treatments are available, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), stress management techniques, and, when indicated, medication. With appropriate treatment, the majority of patients experience substantial improvement and are able to regain confidence, return to work, and lead a normal, productive life. If you develop severe chest pain, lose consciousness, or have thoughts of harming yourself, seek emergency medical care immediately. Help is available . You are never alone

The symptoms you are describing seem like severe anxiety disorder. The good news is that anxiety and panic attacks are highly treatable with the right combination of psychotherapy and, if needed, medication. I would strongly recommend starting therapy with a psychologist, along with a psychiatric evaluation if your symptoms remain severe.

these symptoms are causing significant distress, but they are treatable with the right support. Since your anxiety seems to be closely linked with returning to work, it would be helpful to explore the underlying triggers and learn techniques to manage panic attacks. A few counseling sessions can help you regain confidence and reduce these symptoms. If you'd like to discuss this in detail, you can book an appointment through Marham or contact me on WhatsApp at 042-34500888, 96 for guidance and appointment details
