if I used anti depressant serotonin medicine for one month as physcitrist suggest me is it has major adverse effect on body organ like liver kidney heart or mild effect if I used it for one month also suggest some alternative natural ways to boost serotonin in my body

Most antidepressant when used for right indication and in right doses, does not harm your body in negative way as you think. Totally a misconception, untreated symptoms certainly can cause more damage. You just need to use right one, for the right symptom, in the right amount and for right duration.
No it depends upon patient status and dose of anti depressants but psychiatrist check suitability before prescribing antidepressants
