Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, Pakistan
While speaking I have to swallow to relieve breath shortening... mostly in situations for example when teacher asks something in class Or in the gathering. It is from 4 years... I am unable to complete the sentence without swallowing and again after 1 to 2 sentences I need to swallow to relieve breathing. Also my heart rate increases during this. It is hard for me in gatherings. I don't have this when I am in home or with friends. It only occurs in specific situations. Kindly give solution.
