I have been prescribed dulan (duloxetine) since Oct 28 2018. Took 30 mg for initial 3 months but it didnt help with pains, anxiety and depression so dr Uzma Ambreen prescribed me 60 mg. Its been 2.5 months approx taking 60 mg. pains are fine, emotional condition is also good but nothing helps migraines and dizziness. I feel dizziness everytime. Also migraine come and go sometimes on right aide sometimes on left side. Vision has gotten blurry. What could be the cause? Ill be seeing my psychiatrist soon but I am so worried. Har waqt chakkar ana andhera ana aisa lagta hy gir jaungi.
Dulan(duloxetine ) has alleviated your somatic pains but u need to consult your psychiatrist for migraine. Continue medication till u meet your psychiatrist

I can't say anything for sure as I don't know history of yr problems but for dizziness blurry vision I will suggest you to visit neurophysician, ophthalmologist, & ENT for their opinion
