Atypical Antidepressants: Bupropion or mirtazapine could be alternatives, particularly for patients with fatigue or insomnia.
Psychotherapy: Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other therapeutic modalities can be effective adjuncts or alternatives to pharmacotherapy.

Self adjusting dosage can be risky so its better to follow medication prescribed by your psychiatrist. alongside medication. Regular therapy, relaxation training and a consistent daily routine can improve your depression and anxiety in long-term.
