These are Symptoms of OCD but it can be schizophreniform as well as. If 6 months pass in same situation then disease converted in to schizophrenia which is usually not reverseable. I suggest you to take psychological sessions from me. At this stage we would rehabilitate you without medicine.

treatment is very possible with psychological intervention and with medication both. it takes about 2 weeks to feel better with medication and about 6 months of treatment on medicines. there is no need to be shy about the problems you are facing. do tors are here to help you, even embarrassing problems can be shared as the doctor will not disclose your problem to anyone as it is unethical.
