No direct intercation. Imipramine is in what dose ? Why lexotanil is added.For how long? It is an addictive medicine n Not to be taken flr more than a short course of 7-10 days in acute cases. There are better meds than Imipramine? We need to know ur case details n an assessment call will be good to advice further
