The causes behind sleep are your thoughts and fear (emotions). You may recommended sleep hygiene ( can download from Google): try it for a week and online/physiacl consult Psychiatrist if failed. Need to assess and confirmation of underline causes or illnesses for better understanding, investigations and treatment plan at earliest
study sleep hygiene from YouTube/google . hopefully it will be help full.. if your sleep issue still persist do a visit to a nearby qualified psychiatrist.
You should consult your psychiatrist (if you have one, that is) or you can book a session with me for detailed psychiatric evaluation, especially if there are depressive symptoms alongside.
For the management of sleep anxiety, you'll need to work on your sleep hygiene first. Google it up and you'll get instructions about it. If things don't improve with sleep hygiene, I'll recommend Tab. Melatonin for a few days and CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia). With the right treatment, you'll be better in a couple of weeks max
your daily routine? sleep schedule? diet? screen time? any stress?
