Hello Doctors kafi years sy asa ha k .ma kesi b kam pr focus nahi kr pata ..asy lagta ha k ma har kam majbori ma kr raha ho .. na office ma teq perform krta ho na he new skill seekny ka dil krta ha .. jo b koi kam Start krta ho tu koch din bad lagta h k ya kam ka fida nahi ..tu chor k dusra start kr deta ho .. mood off rehta ha sara din. social hony ka dil nahi krta. .. doctors k pass jany or medicine khany taq ka dil nahi karta .. please give suggestions if anyone can understand my problem.
