The issue is that he doesn't admit to have any disorder at all specially schizophrenia, My questions are:
1. Is laughing or Walking to & fro or talking with himself (with hand gestures - which he claims to be revising study concepts) schizophrenic or psychotic disorder?
2. How can I convince him to exhibit that behavior & get him assessment/evaluated? Also he has developed a phobia for Dr after being admitted Multiple times
3. Can a pychotherapy /hypnotherapy/NLP work , if I get a plan devised after appointment & try to implement it by myself & providing feedback to Dr & changing strategy if need based on his response
4. Can marriage make the case better or worse?

without flucate, he will not get better. if he has a problem with the injection, he can also get medicines to take by mouth. you may consult me for further guidance

1. based on the information you gave, schizophrenia cannot be diagnosed. it is a detailed assessment where multiple factors need to be considered. however, this much is established that he does have some behavioral problems that advent the use of medication
2. in acute state of psychosis/behavioural problems, patients usually do not feel the need to take medicines. in this scenerio, the family plays a key role in giving the patient medication. rest assured, there are ways to give your patient medicines while he sits at home without him even knowing that he's getting medication.
3. i believe the state that you described NEEDS medication. however, i would need to assess the patient in detail to endorse that statement. non pharmacological interventions are very important in their own way, but medication is also equally important when the condition of the patient is as such

Achi medicine prescribed hai.Thoda time den ,aur jesay tesay injections lgwaaen chahay mushkil ho initially...Agar 3 months men result na aaya to phr dobara consult kren....Medicine chupa k denay k bhi tareeqay hotay haen but that should be a last resort only.....Govt setups men free admission aur treatment hota hai.....But filhal ye mdcn continue kr k dekhen....
