I am 41. I have different depression, anxiety and psychosexual issues. I have one autisitc son as well. My wife being mother remain busy with him. i also support her. but sometime my sexual urges frustrates me and porn masterbation cycle comes. I have over sensitvie and introvert nature. sometimes i feel i have bipolar symptoms. i want to bring balance and emotional regulation in life.
