Thanks for query.

there are many options in this case. First you have to ensure either
patient is taking medicines properly or not. second either adequate dose is
prescribed or not. third what kind of other medicines are use. fourth if
she has not improved despite of all measures, then she may be suffering
from treatment resistant schizophrenia. There is medicine reserved
for treatment resistant schizo, that option can be availed. I will advice
you to consult a good doctor in teaching hospital.

Thanks for the concern, schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder which required long-term treatment, it has two types of symptoms the positive one include hallucinations, delusions, disorganized speech and behaviour and the negative one which includes poor self-care and hygiene, socially withdrawal, apathy( lack of emotions), avolition (lack of motivation) which affects the quality of life, medicines has good effects on positive symptom in comparison to negative symptoms but now novel treatment options are available as dr washdev has mentioned which has good results in positive and negative results as well, in your case I wonder why antidpressant is being given (espramcit) and about antipsychotic (risp ) iw quit good dose but can be build up more and can be augmented with other antipsychotics or can be switch to other antipsychotics but compliance of the patient is very important, apart from that we have to assess the family support and if patient is giving rasponse on medication it is very necessary to engage patient in daily househodl chores, on thing more need to consider the current health status, lab reports and any other medical condition or any other drugs, it is advised to visit a psychiatris to review the diagnosis as well as the treatment option that maximum benefit can be taken
Thank
