Aoa. Apko do Anxiety se mutaliq problems hein, aise mein sirf dawai sab alamaat ko theak nahi kar sakay gi. Agar ho sakay to kisi Zehni aur nafsiyati amraaz k specialist se raabta karain ta-kay dawai k saath psychotherapy bhi shuru ki ja sakay aur dawai ki dose aur time b adjust kiya ka sakay.

Don't you worry about that but in my experience both medication which you are using right now have poor results for ocd and panic disorder SSRI have common side effect of low libido which resolves after some days of use them and no need to take any medicine for it. Kisi psychiatrist se consult karo jo k medicine ko review kare aur koi emergency tablet bhi de panic attack k liye benzodiazepines se. Don't lose hope.
