Hello please help me out I have issue related to retroactive jealousy OCD which is growing aggressively and I always on and off ask my future half about negative things related to past and over think
Even if there is nothing I still try to believe this would have happened and want my partner to answer what I want to believe in usually negative things which are stored in my mind
Sometimes I ask questions and then again forget what answer my partner gave and again next day ask same thing

Sir can u tell what should I do I change mood then again same mood swings happen
Should I goto psychologist or psychiatrist in this regard?
