I m mbbs student currently in 4th year. I m schizophrenic. I m doing mbbs in 9 years. I was diagnosed in 2nd year but i was treated and become well. In 3rd year i left medicine for 10 days thats why i lose 2 more years. I want counselling for confidence boost and be energetic to move forward. Thanx in advance.

As you already know being a medical student that schizophrenia is a chronic condition but with a combination of effective psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, one can attain great control over their life. Its great to learn you are still fighting strong. Dont label yourself as schizophrenic . At best you had a sparring session with an illness , but its not the illness which defines your personality and confidence.
