im 22 years old unmarried, Doctor ne mujhe 2 multivitamin ke sath Paraxyl 20mg ( half tablet daily) di he, mujhe har waqt stress aur overthinking hoti he like mujhe khud se ziada dusre ki life me interest he jese koi dusre city shift ho rha hoto mujhe depression aur overthinking start hojati he aur sath ye bhi ke me opportunities ko avail ni kr saka me doctor, engineer ya highly qualified q nhi ban saka mene unfortunately agriculture filed leli family business( shop) ki waja se, like me apni ksi bhi cheez se satisfy ni hota, har waqt tension rehti ke kia me apni wife ko satisfy kr paunga, kia mere bache honge ya ni, financial condition down to ni hojygi , etc har waqt soch soch ke sir me dard start hogaya he sometimes bp bhi high hojata he 140/90 , suicidal thoughts bhi aati hen ke sab
