Talk to Psychiatry on Severe ROCD From 22 Years

I am ocd patient from 2004. Diagnosed in 2015. Till now taken a lot of SSRI medicines. Recently I was on serloft 50 lamnet 50 lumetep 42 msg revotril .5mg mezeron 15mg for 3 months I was feeling good but from last one month I was worse due to rocd attacks. Doctor changed serloft to paraxil 25mg. 6 days I used paraxil but got worse. Doctor stopped paraxil and told to continue other medicine except paraxil l. Is it good move or not. I am afraid of withdrawal effect and also no erection no sex drive after using paraxil for one week. Doctor told to consult clinical psychologist
