You are very brave to put out your discomfort and share your stress. It is understandable that the amount of distress you are suffering from is so high that you finally had to reach out. Although you are at an age when such fantacies invade the mind, yet when they become uncontrolable and problematic, it definitely means that professional help is required. Is there any other behaviour that causes distress to you, like repetitive hand washing, counting an action while performing it over and over again until you feel at ease?
