I'm a medical student , I can't sleep properly even though I'm sleepy all the time but whenever i try to sleep I start over thinking about everything.I can only sleep for 3-5 hours max.my diet is perfect.I'm having severe headache specially inforhead and eyes and i can't tolerate if someone is fighting infront of me or with me i get severe pain originating from headache till jaws.
