if you're motivated, you can quit. you can do a search on what type of withdrawals n for how long the withdrawals will last for different type of drugs and than the withdrawals can be a little tolerable. Stay motivated and once you've decided and stopped, don't go back even for once.

if quitting is not possible go on to harm reduction atleast.
