15 years masturbation. Stomach severe issue , gastric problem, overthinking and low confidence. Too much angry . etc. Kindly any doctor help me. How I can recover.

I would like to know if you are married. If the answer is yes, then the reasons to masturbate are different than if you are not married. Are you in porn or any drug addiction? Anxiety is taking a toll. You need to visit a psychiatrist and take anti-anxiety medication. You also will have to visit a clinical psychologist o discuss your chronic problems that are progressing.
