I have been suffering from stress anxiety for last two years , consulted a psychiatrist he is prescribing anti depressant medicine like strasam , paryxal CR , after looking my nose , giving antihistamines , and barlol , rivotal , montikulast sodium . but only temporary relief . major problem I feel shortness of breath , I can go alone anywhere feel stress and helpless. sometimes feels like very low blood pressure . I also went cardiologist he said heart and blood is ok . I was good singer but now when I sing I feel like asthma. our area's doctor is not suggesting any diagnos. I am also kidney stone patient. I don't know what to do plz suggest me.
In addition to psychiatric medication, kindly get psychotherapy sessions as well, from a psychologist. They are very likely to help.
