Talk to Psychiatry on Un Explainable Symptoms Affecting Daily Life

symtoms in upper body ( sensations like numbess diziness sleeping moving from head to toe) stiffness and pressure sensation moving towards lower belly back to teeth and head.nausea sensation of falling or losing balance, vertigo type sensations, senations of irritation in whole body when trying to sleep at night . sensations changes moves from teeth to chest to head to heart . unable to concentrate, communite , easily tired( e.g trying to walk and dizziness gets worse and worse ) feels like brain is sleeping, lights getting dimmer. after having meals the problems/ sensations triggers and slowly with digestions it all calms to some level. seems like the more feelings/ sensations are felt more than usual.
is it happening for a long time ? this seems like a case requiring detailed history along with childhood history and assessment, you might need to book a consultation with a psychiatrist or a psychologist.

if never consulted a medical doctor , go to him or her first. He after excluding medical causes might refer to psychiatrist or psychologist , that will be ur choice. don't go for psychological sessions unless seen by medical doctor
