Mere routine rhe hy k breakfast skip kr k job pr jata tha. Mera BP 110/70 tk rehta hy ya ic sy b kam. Magr ab Me pani theek peeta hu, nashta sahi krta hu. Your symptoms sound distressing, especially when dizziness triggers fear of fainting. Since the symptoms persist despite treatment, please follow up with your medical specialist for further evaluation and discuss your medication with the prescribing doctor rather than changing it yourself. Psychological counseling can help you manage anxiety, fear of fainting, and the cycle of physical symptoms and panic. I’d be happy to help you develop practical coping strategies through a counseling session.
