Asking for Husband, Male, 32 years old, Faisalabad
My husband gets very angry. He even comes to the point of hitting me. He gets extremely angry over very small things.
He has told me, during arguments, that he used to take medication before marriage."** He is not taking any medicine now. He gets very angry. He doesn’t even tell me which medicines he used to take.If you recommend any medicine, I will give it to him. I can mix it into something and give it to him, because he won’t take it directly.
u can taik to me.
I will not recommend it, he needs to consult a psychiatrist for medicine and for anger management to a psychologist accordingly,
if he admits that he was taking medicine before let him convince that he needs professional help and you can help him too if he is ready to go for that. .
you can show him negative consequences of his extremely anger issue by sharing your side opinion
for your safety please keep a distance from him and wait for his willingness to visit the Doctor.

medication couldn't be directly recommended so suddenly. I can understand your pain and suffering but without proper assessment and complete case history the problem complete solution is not possible..
relax him with some walk, youga, meditation and deep breathing to calm his aggression first..take him to consult a psychologist first for history and some counseling sessions
if you want an online session, than I can provide you. thank you!
