MA yeh sb cheezen ek saath karha tha then muje panic attack honey Lageyy lekin woh theek hogae but ab m koi kaam krne se darrha hn and apni responsibilities se bhaag rha hn k phr se agar stress hogya to panic attacks hongey. Ajeeb ajeeb se khayalat aatey rehte hain.Now,I am very nervous. kindly help me.
