My head muscles are stiff and they don’t seem to be relaxed. I took stress of my exams due to which my head muscles have been stretched and I’m unable to concentrate properly. It’s interrupting my daily routine as well. Moreover faced post stress effects too. What should I do? Kindly guide well.

there are some relaxation techniques to relax your mind and body muscles you need to work on those techniques.
1- deep breathing, breath through your nose and hold your breath in for a second or two and then slowly release that breath through your mouth.
2- take a long warm bath, but as the weather is hot now a days then you can have a luke warm bath if you can or have steam on the affected muscles, as warmth can help relax the muscles.
3- if you listen to music then listening to soothing music can help relieve the muscle tension.
4- sleeping or napping in blue light and dark room with no thoughts in your mind can help you.
