I feel like everyone I meet starts to hate me after a while. Been like that since middle school. Now I'm in University but it's still the same. I'm trying to change that but can't identify the reason. Is there a psychotherapist who specializes in this?

I am facing problem from past one year
but still I am facing health problem
ifeel nervous and anxious and headache and upset stomach legs PAin dry mouth and feel uncomfortable and feel very tired and sleepy even when I wake up in morning and it's very difficult for me to control emotions and anger .
doctors advice me to go to psyctrist .
