A boy of 5 yeayear cant stand and sit still or in 1 position he moves all the time and suddenly he has built a habit of tpuching his private parts and mostly he is interested in talking about chest and touches his p****s and hips habitually. Rest he iis quite intelligent and confident his drawing n sketches r very good.

Thank You for your questions, It appears that the child is having impulsivity as well as the inappropriate behaviour might be a sign of exposure to abuse or abusive content of some kind,
