Talk to Psychologist on Child Psychologist Help - 4 Years Old Boy Cussing

A 4 year old boy has learned cussing in punjabi from others kids. In his family no one cusses. But his 8 cousins living in upper portion fights & cusses all the time. They age from 2-14 and no body goes school. Their mother & kids wake up at 2pm afternoon. He cusses whenever he gets frustrated/angry & continues cussing. He uses very vulgar punjabi word used for lady private part. Its very embarrassing for family. His mother/father fear all the time that he might use that word in front of anyone anytime whether you're at house/street/market. How to deal with this kid?
