My son is not able to talk n interact with people properly . Few years back he started talking but now he dont speak properly rather he speaks few words

Did you undergo any neurodevelopmental disorder assessment? are there other behavioral issues like poor eye contact, stereotypic movements and limited socialization in your child?
I posted the same answer to someone else, here is what I wrote:
To identify if he has communication disorder or social pragmatic disorder or autism, there has to be a proper assessment. You will need to take him to a psychologist for assessments.
Does he establish eye contact? Any unusual movements or vocal or motor tics? What are his interests?
Additionally, I want to know if someone close to him pass away? Did anything change in his surrounding?

he needs detail evaluation of the problem ,also need help of the speech therapist , beh modification would b choice of treatment
