mera ye mashwara he k ap dono ko couple therapy ki zarurat he, q k ye apka zaati masla nai he balke unse mutaliq he. ap beshak jaa k therapy lelen lekin vo na badle to koi faida?? or ye online consultation se kuch nai badlega, apko face to face session leni hongi. jis area me ap rehti hain kisi expert therapist k paas jayen or face to face bat keren, phr ap dono k taluqat behtar ho sakte. per jis psychologist ko ap approach kerna chahti hain make sure k vo is field me expert ho, or apke paison or waqt ko zaya na kere. me to apko ye help nai ker sakti q k me islamabad me rehti hun, but i hope k ap best therapist ko choose keren or apka shohar bhi apka sath de. have a nice day!
