wasalam . agar ap ne apna proper checkup marwa lia hai or dr ne apko koi aisa masla mi bataya jo waqae me dil se related ho to fir yeh anxiety or panic attacks ka sign hota hai. ap proper treatment of therapy k lie psychologist ko consult kren or un se apni deep thoughts discuss karen taa k ap is cheez ko manage ker sake
