u need therapy book a session relation therapy will help you to cope with situation and you will be capable to more effctive and smooth life

kia hua hy? khd ko hurt ni krn.insan kici vja se depress ho jata hy. Rona tab ata hy jab lgy yh q hua, r himmat toot jey. Tab insan thak chuka hota hy. Jo hua hy woh share krn, taky masly ko haal kia jey. Problem solve ni hogi, depressd feelings ati rhngi. We have to look into the problem.

AOA. For the recovery of your psychological disorders, please do exercise / walk for 60 minutes. Have sound sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink 12 glass of water / liquid daily. Eat balance diet & protein diets. Take regular counseling sessions from a clinical psychologist. Then do meditation twice a day that YOU ARE GETTING BETTER.
