asa ise saal se jan 2020 mai howa shoro phr darmean mai normal ho gya 3-4 month ab again 2 week se asa ho raha hai. .. stress hai mujhe bcz i have a stammering issue .. thk se na bolye jane ki stress kafi zida ho gye -- over thing be hai .. mind kud ba khud sochta chala jata hai . sb raat ko sone k let lety os wqt zida he sochey aty hai .. becahni hone lagty ik jgha thk se batha nhi jata - ajeeb lagta like some kind of wassaa. muje lagta zida waja Zuban ki waja se soch aty
