First of all I appreciated you to ask for help .And I can understand your Situation 6 months bhtt long time period hy .And second I highly recommend you to get psychotherapist help as soon as possible and it your first priority because apki better sleep and and as khof ka apki life sy khtm hona bhtt zada zruri hy .its put you back in your life. it's affect all the major areas of your life .But initially apko suggest kro gii k jb bhi apko death sy related thoughts aay ap apna foucs apni breathing py ly k aay do deep and relaxing breathing just focus on Your breathing feel it k kasy breath ati or jati hy bilkul mindful ho k deeply connected to your breath and than just count your breath 10 times and do deep and fast breath just counting it 1 2 3 4 5 and do deep and fast breath. you needed to get my PS plan for fear relief and better sleep .I don't used any medication to treatment it .Just by your own self healing energy and power you can over come on that situation.
