start maintaining a journal of negative thoughts to seperate these thoughts from other thoughts and find closure. For all negative thoughts assess the nature and practice forgivness.
These thoughts might also be the result of a trauma so instead of supressing your trauma, process it and give yourself time to overcome it.

daily routine: I'm single. Doing shift duties. Living alone, away from family. Mostly staying at home. Go out for a walk (3 to 4 times a week, usually at night)
Diet: Usually eat meat (mostly chicken) and take eggs in the breakfast.
Screen time: 6-7 hours. (nothing productive, just social media)
Sleep schedule. During night duties( only able to sleep 2 to 3 hours (twice a week) at night. Other days, sleep 7 to 8 hours at night.

I must say you need proper therapy for whatever you are going through remember everyone goes through such cycles once in their lifetimes it's okay to feel it many peoples do live healthy lives if they start to take anxiety and depression pills it's not called being mad it's just you ve got a mental disorder for small while and you need medication also with psychotherapy u will be able to share whatever you are going through just like other illnesss mental illness also occurs and have impact on our lives our abilities do the stuff for mental clarity do stuff for your mental peace and lastly take small steps to improve yourself such as journalling finding hobby going outside.
stop trying to set priorities of your life by analysing your thoughts.instead of that,set practical goals and make action plans to achieve them.
