One of the biggest loss in our life is losing our parents or maa baap ki jagha koi nhi le skta na e un k jese koi ban sakta is liye jb wo hm se dur chaly jaty hain to kisi k liye b fori bardasht krna asan nhi hota na yakeen ata lekin ye Allah ka hukum hai unka bataya hua nizam isi trha dunia chalti or hr rooh ko mout ka zaiqa chakna ek din hmne b chaly jana ye bt rakhen!
Or med apko waqti sakoon deti hain permanent solution nhi hai med apko realize krna parhy ga k ye Allah ka hukum or mjhy usy maanna hai beshak ye bht takleef deh bat but Allah ne yahan sabar ka hukum dia hai or hamen krna parhy ga.
Dusra ap apny abu ka sochen k kya apko is trha dekh k unko khushi hogi? kya wo ye chahen gy k mera beta is trha ho jaye pareshan rahy? or suicide krna b prob ka solution nhi hai Islam me ye to wese e mana or is trha ka kch krne se or prob create hoti hai dusron k liye

Aoa.Losing parents/loved ones is really hard to overcome. Its obvious that every individual take time to heal or to get back to normal routine life after such a tragedy. just believe in the fact that your father is at a better place now and we all have to return to Allah after a specific time,so this world is not a permanent place to live in. This belief will make you strong enough. If you have siblings,mom take care of them, value the precious people when they are alive.
You can opt for online/ in person session for treatment. InshaAllah you will feel better as only medicine is not the solution.
