consult to a psychaitrist/psychologist then follow his/her recommendations.
And as you mentioned you are from Sindh so I can't help you to recommend
any EMDR therapist because I am not from Sindh i belong to Lahore, Punjab
that's why I have no knowledge regarding experienced therapists in Sukkur.

As i mentioned u before I am not from Sindh so I have no idea about doctors
and psychologists working there it's good if you will concern to someone
who belongs to sukkar.
