AOA. She may have depression and anxiety. As much time she will live in home, it will keep increasing. She should come out and study / work. I am feeling so sorry for your friend. She obviously needs a psychologist. Being sexually addicted is just a defense mechanism to escape her depression. Ask help from Allah Tala and contact a good psychologist. She is suicidal so she also needs to take depression medication. God bless her.
