Hello sir/madam. I am student. And bike is my basic necessity as per daily routine.but i am unable to ride it.whenever i try to ride it it creates immense fear, i become anxious my heart rate goes up rapidly.i really really want to learn how to ride.any one who can help me through psychotherapy or hypnotic session.?
